Helical tooth design ensures twice the meshing rate of ordinary gears. Made from low-carbon alloy steel for rigidity and toughness. Gear surface hardness reaches HRC50~65 after carburizing and quenching for optimal wear resistance and impact toughness.
Reducer features hypoid spiral and spiral bevel gears, ground teeth for low noise, high efficiency, and compactness. Motor uses high-temp F grade copper wire, automatic wire entry, and professional testing.
